I always get excited when I get a private screening to see a movie....it makes me feel like such a rock star! I took one of my best friends along to the movie and it was the first time she had ever had the entire cinema to herself and she was LOVING IT!

Usually at a private screening I would wear my trackie pants for the movie but I had a hot date afterwards so I had to wear something sexy and I am definitely glad I dressed up for this Hollywood blockbuster starring the very CUTE and FUNNY Kevin Hart and Ice Cube.

Ride Along is your classic American flick filled with action, comedy and emotion delivered by Ice Cube and Kevin Hart who shine brightly on the big screen with their contagious chemistry.

Hart who plays Ben Barber is dating Ice Cube’s on screen sister Angela Payton played by the very beautiful Tika Sumpter and some would say that Ben is batting above his average, but Angela is totally in love with Ben who is constantly fighting and sucking up for Cube’s character James Payton’s approval and blessing of their relationship.

Ride Along takes you on this crazy, actioned packed journey of Ben Barber who is trying to prove himself to James Payton that he has what it takes to become a cop, but the closest that Ben Barber has ever got to experiencing the life of a Police Officer is via his total addiction to his video games.

Ben is SO desperate to do whatever it takes to marry Angela that James strikes a deal with Ben by taking him on a ride along to see if he can make it for just one day as a Police Officer and if Ben is successful then James will approve of Angela and Ben’s relationship.  But of course James decides to throw Ben into the deep end testing his passion to be a man in uniform and if his amazing skills on a computer game will translate into the real world cop of fighting.

There is a great performance from Laurence Fishburne who always never disappoints and one of my fav people in the business whom I have been blessed to interview before John Leguizamo.

Ride Along is the perfect movie see with your mates on a Friday night, with lots of laughs and action guaranteeing that you are sure to be happy when you leave the cinema!
