This week I was lucky to see the movie Noah in the beautiful city of Melbourne with my Mum and we were both excited to see Russell Crowe on the big screen again!

I am a massive fan of Mr Crowe as he is one of the very first old school Australian actors to show the world that Aussie’s can really make it in Hollywood, and what an amazing career he has had which continues to grow.

The cast of Noah is filled with super talented actors including Jennifer Connelly who’s character as Noah’s wife Naameh is so deep, passionate and intense you can’t help but be totally lost in her world with her struggles and her challenges  as a wife and a mother knowing that the world will be destroyed unless her husband saves it.

While the story of Noah is captivating on ones eyes with the incredible special effects, ladies please note that there are some totally HOT up and coming actors whom you must watch out for including Douglas Booth’s character Shem who plays the son of Noah and the husband to be of Ila played by the beautiful Emma Watson. I could NOT take my eyes off Douglas Booth!

Emma Watson and Russell Crowe’s on screen relationship has some beautiful moments but the scene together on the top of the arch highlighted their talents as actors and it was the pinnacle of the movie for me. I don’t want to spoil it for you but all I can say is that you will be gasping for air.

I would like to make a special mention to Logan Lerman who plays an intense and captivating role as the other son of Noah, and his story pulls on your heart string making you feel his pain and fall even more in love with his character.

And finally I just loved the scenes with Anthony Hopkins who plays the PERFECT grandfather Methuselah who is blessed with magical powers and it got me thinking if only we could get our Grandparents to be able to translate this into our real lives.

Noah takes you on the this emotional adventure and it is a MUST see movie for the weekend, you won’t be disappointed!
